MISSION: E3A is an international professional membership organization offering training, certification and resources for the implementation of Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) programs by educators, coaches, professional development trainers and other facilitators. We provide the necessary resources for the promotion and implementation of quality, successful, professional equine experiential education programs.
The Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A) is a professional organization designed to provide excellence and a more traditional training approach to the corporate, educational, coaching and personal development fields using the horse/human connection.
As an international membership association, E3A is committed to equine experiential education (E3) and to enhancing the performance of educators, coaches, professional development trainers and equine specialists who have chosen to work in what is commonly now called the Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) field. E3A fills the gap for professionals who want to use experiential learning activities with horses outside of existing special needs and/or mental health models and combines a learning and training model as well as business development support.
E3A currently offers individual classes, as well as a certification process, for two training tracks: educators and corporate trainers/coaches, and plans to add a third Professional and Personal Development track. Special activities and networking opportunities are offered monthly for educators, coaches, trainers and equine specialists through both distance and in person events. If you are interested in equine experiential education (E3) outside of the therapeutic or special needs model, this organization will provide a home for you.
